General Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

Time Frame

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

 Contact our customer service at anustupbooks@gmail.com or call us at 03322191937 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  

  1. Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

 

  1. Ship Your Item:

   - Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

   - Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

 

  1. Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Refund Policy

Full Refunds

Full refunds are granted for items that meet the following criteria:

- The item is returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

- The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- The return is initiated beyond the 30-day return period but within 60 days.

 

 

Shipping Costs

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it was received damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at anustuppotrika@gmail.com

 

Digital Products and Publications

 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital products and publications are only granted if:

- The product was not downloaded or accessed.

- There was a technical issue preventing the access or download, and our support team was unable to resolve it.

ONLINE REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY

  1. Books once sold are not generally taken back or replaced, except in following cases:
    1. When the pages of the book are torn, mutilated or damaged, it will be replaced;
    2. When the binding of the book is faulty, it will be replaced;
    3. When the pages of a book are unreadable, it will be replaced;
    4. When the cover of a book is damaged or mutilated, it will be replaced;
    5. In the unlikeliest possibility, when a wrong book is delivered, it will be replaced with the right book, or the money will be refunded.
  2. Clients are advised to send online requests for replacement/refund within 7 days from the actual receipt of the book.
  3. Clients are further advised to send the book for replacement/refund by courier/speedpost to Anustup when prompted by us within the date mentioned by us. The actual cost of sending the book to us will be sent to the client's bank account on production of the money receipt online. For this, clients are advised to mention details of their bank accounts, IFSC etc.
  4. Please note that no request for replacement/refund will be entertained if negligence and/or mishandling on the part of the client is established beyond doubt.
  5. Subject to Calcutta legal jurisdiction only.
