ANUSTUP, as Bengali Quarterly began its journey in the realm of Bengali Culture as an upcoming cultural journal with young writers in the year 1966. Within the space of ten years the editor found that the significant writings published in the journal were not duly recognized and therefore under the leadership of the young editor ANUSTUP started publishing titles in Bengali language.
