General Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to addresses within India. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Anustup is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Anustup is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Shipping
- Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service at anustuppotrika@gmail.com or call us at 03322191937 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Item:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it was received damaged or incorrect.
